Our CSR approach is structured around two main axes

Our commitment is concretized by strong actions, divided into seven major objectives:
1. Contribute to the protection of people and property through the development of innovative prevention services and support for research projects on weather-related risks.
2. Develop a culture of risk by conducting in-depth studies, sharing our knowledge, and organizing awareness-raising campaigns on the dangers of storms and lightning.
3. Govern with transparency and ethics by adopting a rigorous ethical charter, guaranteeing transparency and integrity in all our actions and decisions.
4. Develop skills and quality of life at work by offering a pleasant working environment and facilitating work-life balance.
5. Promote diversity and combat inequality and discrimination, with initiatives to encourage inclusion and equal opportunities within our company.
6. Act for the environment and promote sustainable development approaches by developing sustainable digital solutions, reducing our ecological footprint, and optimizing our energy consumption.
7. Foster the development of our region by participating in local economic growth, engaging with local suppliers, and supporting local events through sponsorship, donations, or participation.

We have set out our rules of conduct, our mode of governance and our principles of collective and individual life in a reference document, our Ethics Charter, the cornerstone of our commitment.
This charter is intended first and foremost for all our employees, who must respect it in all their daily activities by cultivating the values of trust, mutual respect and responsibility entrenched in the company.
It also sets out our commitments to our stakeholders: shareholders, customers, suppliers, partners, etc. We are convinced that the pursuit of our development and our intense R&D efforts are fostering an increasing awareness of the culture of risk and its prevention.

Our CSR approach is integrated into our quality management system. This process demonstrates our commitment to building a better future for our customers, our employees, and our planet.
“Committed CSR” certification with Confirmed level by AFNOR Certification—“Responsibility Europe” certification at an international level—this certification is an important recognition of our ethics and our actions on a daily basis. This social responsibility has been part of our culture and our organization for over 30 years.
METEORAGE is ISO 9001 certified and Qualifoudre approved. In 2019, it received the Trophée Or’Normes awarded by AFNOR in the category “Protecting people and/or the environment”.
